Rev. Dr. H. Richard Dozier

H.Richard Dozier is a native of New Haven, CT., He holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science, and a Master’s in Counseling from Hampton University (HBCU), in Hampton, VA., and a Doctorate (PhD.) in Global Leadership from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. Richard, is a resourceful and dynamic leader and educator of high integrity embodying a wealth of knowledge and experience in institutional and organizational resource management, fiscal management, growth management, strategic planning, and fundraising.

A member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Over the years he has received numerous awards and accolades for his academic work and writing. He formerly pastored First Baptist Church in Brunswick, MO., and has served as the assistant/associate pastor at several other churches. He currently resides in the Houston, Texas area and continues to write and work on upcoming published works.

Jamani D. Dozier

A licensed minister, Jarmani Dozier, a native of West Palm Beach, FL., received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from State University of New York at Fredonia, and a Master of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from Rochester Crozer Divinity School in Rochester, NY. He is a licensed minister and has served in the capacity of minister at several churches.

Jarmani work with senior directors to determine strategies and tactics for effective and efficient program operations. He possesses significant experience providing oversight in the areas of residential management.

How to provide a supportive and positive atmosphere through planning, coordinating, and promoting a quality atmosphere.
