Rev. Dr. H. Richard Dozier H.Richard Dozier is a native of New Haven, CT., He holds a bachelor’s in political science, a Master’s in Counseling from Hampton University (HBCU), in Hampton, VA., and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Global Leadership from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. Richard is a resourceful and dynamic leader and educator of high integrity embodying a wealth of knowledge and experience in institutional and organizational resource management, fiscal management, growth management, strategic planning, and fundraising.
